Hi guys!! I’m writing another blog in honor of it being only 52 days until I leave🙈 I’m kinda freaking out, but I’m mostly so excited to see what the lord is doing in my life as I prep and when I go!

I wanted to just talk a little bit about prayer on here because it’s been in my mind a lot recently:) I’ve been noticing that spiritual warfare and hard things happen right when I’m about to do something that God has called me to do. It’s a reminder that God is very real but unfortunately the devil is also very real. It’s pretty clear that Satan is not stoked that I’m going on this mission trip!!

This being said, prayer is so important to practice daily! God calls us to pray without ceasing and to give thanks constantly. For the big and the small things, remember to invite God in! Turn the boring tedious jobs into offerings before the Lord♥️ Abide in Christ and you will start to desire the things he desires! Remember that he is a loving father and he wants to bless his children:) I’m writing this because I need the reminder of how important and beautiful prayer is!!

“If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples.”

Ok now…… I have a few things you can be praying for as I prep for my trip!

🍓 My grandpa is not doing very well and his health is failing him recently. He has an estimated 6 months left to live. It’s been very hard thinking that while I’m gone and doing what I’ve been called to, I may have to say goodbye to my grandpa for the last time. Prayers for peace for my family but also for him, and prayers for healing because I believe that God can heal him and restore his health!!

🍋 Prayers for my health getting ready for this trip! I really want to go into this trip healthy and being able to hike long distances, so i would love prayer as I work hard to prepare myself physically!

🍊 Prayers for my team that I’m going with! Everyone seems so sweet and I’m so excited to meet them in August! With that, I want to pray for them as they get prepped, knowing that they may be experiencing some spiritual warfare.  I also want to pray for peace and unity as we all leave our families and leave being comfortable to go serve God!
